Reviewmee is operated by Montmada LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Reviewmee provides tools that help businesses generate review links and QR codes, monitor publicly available business information, and track their online reputation.

Information We Collect

When you sign up for or use Reviewmee, we may collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Your name
• Email address
• Mobile phone number
• Business name
• Google Maps URL or business listing information
• Account and subscription information
• Communications you send to us

We may also automatically collect limited technical information, such as browser type, device information, IP address, login activity, and information about how you interact with the Reviewmee website and service.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your Reviewmee account
• Provide and operate the Reviewmee service
• Generate review links, QR codes, and business performance information
• Send transactional and service-related communications
• Send SMS messages when you have expressly consented to receive them
• Provide customer support
• Process payments
• Maintain the security and functionality of the service
• Improve the Reviewmee product and customer experience

We do not sell your personal information.

SMS and Mobile Messaging

When you provide your mobile phone number and expressly opt in to receive text messages from Reviewmee, we may send you messages related to your account, requested services, customer support, product updates, reminders, and other communications described at the time you provide consent.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You may reply HELP for assistance or contact us at hello@reviewmee.io.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Service Providers

We may use service providers that help us operate Reviewmee, including providers of payment processing, hosting, analytics, customer support, email delivery, and text messaging services. These providers may process information only as necessary to provide services on our behalf.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from these disclosures except where necessary for aggregators and providers that enable the delivery of the text messaging service.

Google Places API

Reviewmee uses the Google Places API to retrieve publicly available business information, which may include business names, addresses, ratings, and review counts.

We do not use the Google Places API to obtain private customer information.

Payments

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Reviewmee does not directly store your complete credit card information. Payment information processed by Stripe is subject to Stripe's own privacy practices.

Cookies and Analytics

Reviewmee may use cookies and similar technologies to maintain login sessions, provide core website functionality, understand how users interact with the service, and improve the product.

We do not sell behavioral data.

Advertising

We may advertise Reviewmee through platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. Those platforms may use their own cookies, pixels, and tracking technologies in accordance with their own privacy policies.

SMS opt-in information and consent are not provided to advertising platforms for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Reviewmee service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

After cancellation, certain account data may be retained for up to 90 days before deletion unless a longer retention period is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or financial recordkeeping purposes.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect the information we collect. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children's Privacy

Reviewmee is intended for business owners and users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal data.
