General Terms

Description of the Service

Reviewmee provides software and tools designed to help businesses manage and improve aspects of their online reputation and review-generation process.

Features may include, depending on your subscription or plan:

• Review links
• QR codes
• Publicly available business information
• Google rating and review-count information
• Competitor comparison or scoreboard features
• Business performance information
• Account notifications
• Other reputation-management tools and related services

We may add, modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features of the service from time to time.

We do not guarantee that use of Reviewmee will result in any specific number of reviews, customers, leads, sales, search rankings, revenue, or other business outcome.

Account Registration

Certain features of Reviewmee may require you to create an account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information reasonably up to date.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Restricting unauthorized access to your account
• All activity conducted through your account

You may not share your account credentials in a manner that violates your subscription plan or allows unauthorized access to the service.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact us promptly at hello@reviewmee.io.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to reasonably protect your account credentials.

Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments

Certain Reviewmee services may require a paid subscription.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Reviewmee and its payment processor to charge the applicable subscription fees and any applicable taxes using the payment method you provide.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, subscriptions may automatically renew at the applicable billing interval until canceled.

You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.

Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment processors, including Stripe. Reviewmee does not directly store complete payment card information processed by those providers.

Pricing, features, and subscription plans may change from time to time. Any material changes affecting an existing subscription will be communicated as required by applicable law.

Cancellation

You may cancel your Reviewmee subscription through the available account settings or by contacting us at hello@reviewmee.io.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, cancellation stops future subscription renewals but does not automatically provide a refund for amounts already paid.

Your access to paid features may continue until the end of your current paid billing period.

We may retain certain account information following cancellation in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal or operational requirements.

Refunds

Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in a separate written refund policy or offer, payments made to Reviewmee are non-refundable once the applicable service period has begun.

Any exception or promotional refund guarantee will be governed by the specific terms presented at the time of purchase.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Reviewmee only for lawful business purposes.

You may not use Reviewmee to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Send unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, or unsolicited communications
• Impersonate another person or business
• Submit false or misleading information
• Manipulate reviews or engage in deceptive review practices
• Harass, threaten, or abuse another person
• Upload malicious software, code, or files
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Reviewmee or another user's account
• Interfere with the security, integrity, or operation of the service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where such restriction is prohibited by law
• Use the service in a manner that could damage Reviewmee, its users, or third parties

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Your Responsibility for Customer and Contact Information

If you provide, upload, import, or otherwise submit personal information or contact information relating to another person, you represent and warrant that you have the lawful right to provide and use that information for the intended purpose.

You are responsible for obtaining any permissions or consents required by applicable law before contacting another person through any communication method.

You may not use Reviewmee to send messages to individuals who have not provided any consent required by applicable law or who have opted out of receiving those communications.

You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations governing your own communications with customers and other individuals.

Google and Third-Party Services

Reviewmee may integrate with or use services provided by third parties, including Google, Stripe, hosting providers, analytics providers, communications providers, and other technology vendors.

Reviewmee may use services such as the Google Places API to retrieve publicly available business information, which may include business names, locations, ratings, and review counts.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms, policies, availability, and technical limitations.

Reviewmee does not control and is not responsible for:

• Changes made by third-party platforms
• Third-party service interruptions
• API limitations
• Changes to public business information
• Third-party account suspensions
• Changes in search rankings or algorithms
• The accuracy or availability of third-party information

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to the terms and policies of those third parties.

Intellectual Property Rights

Third-Party Links

Reviewmee may contain links to websites, applications, or services operated by third parties.

A link to a third-party service does not necessarily constitute an endorsement or sponsorship of that third party.

We are not responsible for the content, security, availability, products, services, or privacy practices of third-party websites or services.

Your use of third-party websites and services is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and policies.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Reviewmee and its services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• The service will always be available or uninterrupted
• The service will be free from errors or technical issues
• Public business information will always be accurate or current
• Third-party integrations will always remain available
• Use of the service will produce specific business results
• Your business will receive a particular number of reviews, customers, leads, sales, or revenue
• Your search ranking or Google Maps position will improve

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any other warranties that may otherwise apply.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Montmada LLC, Reviewmee, and their officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.

This includes, without limitation:

• Lost profits
• Lost revenue
• Lost business opportunities
• Loss of data
• Loss of goodwill
• Business interruption
• Third-party platform changes or suspensions

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to Reviewmee will not exceed the amount you paid to Reviewmee during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Montmada LLC, Reviewmee, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or relating to:

• Your misuse of Reviewmee
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable law
• Content or information you submit
• Communications you send using information processed through the service
• Your violation of the rights of another person or entity

Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to Reviewmee if we reasonably determine that you:

• Violated these Terms
• Failed to pay applicable fees
• Used the service unlawfully
• Created a security or operational risk
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful conduct

Where reasonably possible, we may provide notice before termination, but we are not required to do so in cases involving suspected fraud, unlawful activity, security risks, or serious violations.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at hello@reviewmee.io and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally.

Except where prohibited by applicable law or where a claim qualifies for small claims court, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Reviewmee service shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis.

Class, collective, and representative proceedings are not permitted to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency or injunctive relief where appropriate to protect intellectual property, confidential information, or the security of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will be posted on our website with the applicable effective date.

Your continued use of Reviewmee after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
